Tonight was a big moment.

Ryker (10) stood in front of church tonight for the first time ever and read Joshua 1:9. Not even our home church, we visited s local congregation and he and his friends lead their worship services. He was nervous, but he stepped up anyway! Strong and courageous.
Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it. ❤️
Faith over fear.

P.S. he had this morning til 5:00 service notice. We can all do hard things, especially when they point others to Christ 🤟🏻

Since this picture, I’ve completed a 1/2 and full marathon, gained about 20lbs of muscle, and I can almost guarantee my BP and heart rate are lower.

Get outside, exercise, eat right, read your Bible and don’t take this life too seriously, we’re not getting out alive anyway.

Love you guys, go be great today.

Back-to-back Daddy Daughter Date Nights. 💃🕺
Two nights.
Two dances.
Two memories I’ll never forget.

There’s something sacred about getting to take your teenage daughter by the hand and walking her into a room knowing for that night, you’re still her guy.

Night one was incredible. Huge thank you to Fitness Master for sponsoring and to the McQueen family for the invite and the tickets. What a gift. What a class act. We had an absolute blast.

Night two? We got to help sponsor the evening ourselves and that meant even more. Shout out to Gran and Peepaw for making it possible. Watching her laugh, smile, and just be fully present was worth every second. And getting to share the night with Wil and Mac made it even better. (Those two stole the show and made the night even more memorable)

Two nights in a row of slowing down time.
Two nights of realizing how fast it’s going.
Two nights I’ll hold onto forever.

Being a dad isn’t something I take lightly. It’s a calling. A responsibility. A blessing.

And this weekend felt like a glimpse of grace — like God saying, “Pay attention. This is the good stuff.”

Push day was a success! I pushed myself to new PR’s today with 86.4 pounds on each lever of the shoulder press machine for 5 reps and 80lb dumbbell incline press for 5. This round of gains has been incredible, and I'm not ready to stop yet 💪🏻💪🏻

Feel like I could move more, but not wanting to tear the shoulders 🤣💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
